- Hat Fair returns next Saturday. It’s the UK’s longest-running festival of outdoor arts. The last few years have been challenging with funding cuts and organisers have confirmed there will be no Hat Fair next year. For now though, they say 2025 will bring all the fun that audiences have come to expect. We hear from Hat Fair Director Andrew Loretto.
