- A city centre road is hosting a special event this weekend to bring attention to its businesses. Parchment Street has the highest number of independent shops.
- Work is beginning to update another area of Winchester. The plans for Kings Walk include a new courtyard area and improving the entrance with new signage, planters and paintwork.
- The Royal Logistics Corps based at Worthy Down has been granted Freedom of Entry to the City of Winchester. It was one of the first duties by the new Mayor, Cllr Angela Clear.
- 36 swift boxes have been installed along a road in Weeke. Trussell Crescent is home to one of the largest swift colonies in the city.
