- A community café in a village near Winchester has raised 15-thousand pounds for local charities since it was set up in 2015. The Wonston Community Café meets once a month at the Victoria hall in Sutton Scotney and also helps combat loneliness.

- And volunteers have put on an old fashioned style jumble sale which raised more than £1,500 for Unit 12. It packed out a church hall in Kings Worthy with more people queuing outside for a bargain.
