- We hear about a scheme called Project Secret Santa and its aim is to make sure every vulnerable child in Hampshire gets a present this Christmas. It’s been set up by a woman from Winchester.

- The Bishop of Winchester, Philip Mounstephen, has said the Archbishop of Canterbury acted with honour and integrity in resigning.
- Winchester fell silent at 11am on Monday to remember those who died in war.
- A special service is taking place on Sunday for families who have lost a loved one as a result of a crash on our roads. It’s being held at Christ Church at 2.30pm.
- Police in Winchester have been taking part in a national week of action to tackle knife crime.
- Winchester Cathedral Dean, Catherine Ogle, says holding the position has been the greatest honour. She’s announced that she will retire next year.
- Winchester Youth Counselling’s walk and talk therapy has been shortlisted for a top accolade. It’s in the final of CPRE Hampshire’s Countryside awards.
- Thousands of people came out to celebrate Winchester’s annual bonfire and fireworks night. It started with a torchlit procession from Winchester Guildhall and Winchester Radio was there.
